FortunaShri respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to permanently delete your FortunaShri account and all data associated with it, directly from within the app — no email or waiting period required.
FortunaShri आपके व्यक्तिगत डेटा को नियंत्रित करने के आपके अधिकार का सम्मान करता है। यह पृष्ठ बताता है कि आप अपने FortunaShri खाते और उससे जुड़े सभी डेटा को ऐप के भीतर से ही स्थायी रूप से कैसे हटा सकते हैं — इसके लिए किसी ईमेल या प्रतीक्षा अवधि की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Option 1 — Delete In-App (Recommended)
विकल्प 1 — ऐप के भीतर से हटाएं (अनुशंसित)
You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time, directly from the app:
आप किसी भी समय अपने खाते और अपने सभी डेटा को सीधे ऐप से स्थायी रूप से हटा सकते हैं:
- Open the FortunaShri app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the My Profile icon on the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap 🗑️ Delete Account Permanently.
- Type DELETE exactly as shown to confirm you understand this action is permanent.
- Tap Delete Forever. Your account and all data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out automatically.
- FortunaShri ऐप खोलें और अपने खाते में साइन इन करें।
- होम स्क्रीन पर मेरी प्रोफाइल आइकन पर टैप करें।
- सबसे नीचे स्क्रॉल करें और 🗑️ खाता स्थायी रूप से हटाएं पर टैप करें।

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you're unable to access the app (for example, you've lost your device or forgotten your login), you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Please include:

We will verify your identity and process email-based deletion requests within 7 business days, and confirm once completed.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Data We May Retain

In limited circumstances, a small amount of data may be retained after account deletion, strictly as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Third-Party Services

FortunaShri uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google/Firebase services for authentication. Deleting your FortunaShri account removes your data from our servers, but does not automatically delete data these third-party providers may hold under their own privacy policies. You can manage your Google account data separately at myaccount.google.com.
