Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FortunaShri mobile application ("App") or website at fortunashri.com. By accessing or using FortunaShri, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

FortunaShri provides Vedic astrology calculations, numerology analyses, panchang information, and related content based on traditional Indian astrological systems including Swiss Ephemeris astronomical data.

This App does NOT provide:

• Professional financial advice, investment advice, or securities recommendations
• Professional medical, psychological, or health advice
• Legal advice
• Certified astrological consultation services
• Any guaranteed predictions about future events

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use FortunaShri
• You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number
• You must be a resident of India or a country where this App is legally available
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from the App for violations
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at fortunashri.app@gmail.com
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts; duplicate accounts will be removed
• You must provide a valid, working mobile number for account security purposes

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 You MAY:

• Use FortunaShri for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes
• Save and access your astrological profiles
• Share your results on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the App on multiple personal devices with one account

4.2 You MAY NOT:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the App or API
• Attempt to breach, circumvent, or test the security of our systems
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the App's services
• Impersonate FortunaShri, our team, or other users
• Use our astrological content for commercial fortune-telling or consultancy services
• Create derivative applications based on our proprietary algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Investment Signals — Specific Disclaimer

• Past astrological correlations do not guarantee future performance
• Financial markets are subject to numerous factors beyond astrological influences
• Always consult a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor before investing
• FortunaShri shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from use of Investment Signals
• Investment in securities is subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully

6. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses arising from reliance on astrological signals or predictions
• Personal decisions (marriage, career, travel, health, etc.) made based on App content
• Data loss or corruption due to technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events
• App unavailability due to server downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
• Inaccuracies in astrological calculations due to incorrect input data provided by users
• Third-party breaches of infrastructure providers (Supabase, server hosts, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions affecting service availability
• Hacking, data theft, or cyberattacks despite our reasonable security measures

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FortunaShri shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is greater.

7. Service Availability and Changes

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via in-app notification where possible
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium features with 30 days' notice
• We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary or permanent service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

• FortunaShri, its logo, name, and visual design are proprietary and protected
• Our astrological algorithms, scoring systems, and investment signal methodology are proprietary
• The Swiss Ephemeris library is used under its open-source license
• User-generated content (saved profiles, notes) remains owned by the user
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our App content without written permission

9. Subscription and Payments

• Basic features are available free of charge with account registration
• Premium features require a paid subscription (Pro or Premium plan)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; their terms apply to payment transactions

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via My Profile → Delete Account
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms without notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive termination shall survive
• We reserve the right to discontinue the App entirely with 30 days' notice to registered users

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of FortunaShri shall be subject to:

• First: Good-faith negotiation — contact us at fortunashri.app@gmail.com
• Second: Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
• Third: Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
