These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TECHNOVISION ENGINEERS ("Company", "we", "us"), the owner and operator of FortunaShri. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FortunaShri, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

FortunaShri is a Vedic astrology and numerology application providing educational, entertainment, and informational content based on traditional Vedic knowledge systems. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• You must provide truthful, accurate registration information — fake mobile numbers or email identifiers are prohibited
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
• Account sharing with other individuals is prohibited

All content, source code, algorithms, user interface designs, calculation engines (including Algorithm 3.0), databases, text, graphics, and branding within FortunaShri are the exclusive intellectual property of TECHNOVISION ENGINEERS, protected under Indian copyright law.

• The FortunaShri name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks — unauthorized use is strictly prohibited

• Using App calculations to operate an unlicensed commercial advisory or consultancy business
• Attempting to hack, probe, or test the security or vulnerability of the App or its servers
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the App or other users
• Impersonating FortunaShri or its team members in any public forum
• Collecting, harvesting, or storing other users' personal data
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose under Indian law

5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Core features of FortunaShri are available free of charge. Premium subscription tiers, where offered, are governed by the following:

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date

• We are not liable for any financial losses arising from acting on astrological signals or calculations
• We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or user error
• We are not liable for third-party infrastructure outages (Supabase, hosting providers, CDNs)

8. App Discontinuation & Account Termination

8.1 Right to Modify or Shut Down

FortunaShri reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or permanently shut down the App, its website, or any individual feature at any moment, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of a total App shutdown, TECHNOVISION ENGINEERS shall have zero legal, financial, or contractual liability to users.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any user account without prior notice if you: violate these Terms; provide false registration data; attempt to reverse-engineer the App; use automated tools to harvest data; use the App for unauthorized commercial advisory services; or if required by a valid court order or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases instantly. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India.
